**Senior Corporate Officer - Your role will involve**:

- Serving as a vital link between board members and senior management, facilitating effective communication.
- Managing a diverse portfolio of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and structuring funds efficiently.
- Supporting in-house legal teams in ensuring local entities' compliance with relevant laws and corporate governance standards.
- Maintaining meticulous records for each entity and promptly updating them as needed.
- Coordinating with external legal professionals, notaries, government agencies, and financial institutions.
- Cultivating and nurturing productive relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts.
- Overseeing all company secretarial tasks, from organizing board meetings and preparing agendas to distributing materials and documenting meeting minutes and resolutions.
- Guaranteeing adherence to filing obligations across all legal entities.
- Familiarizing oneself with Triton reporting and corporate governance protocols, aiding colleagues in meeting administrative and company secretary obligations within regulatory frameworks.

**Senior Corporate Officer - To accomplish this, you should**:

- Hold an academic background in law, management, or secretarial studies, or possess a recognized company secretarial qualification.
- Demonstrate proficiency in **English** (spoken/written).
- Have relevant work experience, particularly as an experienced **company secretary**.
- ** Have work experience in Luxembourg.**:

- Possess knowledge of French or German, which would be advantageous.
- Have an enhanced understanding of the **alternative funds sector, preferably in venture capital and private equity.**:

- Have experience with LBR.
