**SENIOR CORPORATE OFFICER**

**Tasks**:

- Manage the corporate documentation for the incorporation and liquidation of companies
- Review and Draft of board meetings and shareholders meeting
- Deal with the AML/KYC queries
- Follow up on the day to day administrative tasks
- Maintain the contact with clients and their representatives

**Profile**:

- You have a **Bachelor/master** in finance or economics
- Fluency in **English and German**
- You have at least **3** years of experience** as a corporate officer
- You like to **work in a team**
- You are **organized and dynamic**
- Very good knowledge of the whole lifecycle of companies in Luxembourg and legal related matters
