You'll be joining a team on a _**_human scale_**_, in charming offices set up in a house reorganised as a professional space._
**_ Senior _**_Corporate Officer_**_ - Your Role :_**
- As Senior Corporate Officer, you will play a central role in the _**_administrative and legal management_**_ of our Luxembourg entities. Your responsibilities will include_
- _ Complete management of the _**_administrative life cycle of Luxembourg entities_**_ (creation, board and shareholder meetings, dissolutions, filings with the commercial register, etc.)._
- _ Regular _**_participation in investment reports_**_ (management reports, investor reports)._
- **_ Communication_**_ with banks, notaries, advisers, auditors, etc._
- **_ Administrative management_**_ of files and supervision of bank account processes._
- _ Keeping legal files, archives and registers organised and up to date._
**_ Senior _**_Corporate Officer_**_ - Your Profile:_**
- _ Minimum _**_3 years'_**_ experience in Luxembourg in a similar position within a trust or ManCo._
- **_ Bachelor's_**_ degree._
- _ Perfect command of _**_French and English_**_, _**_German_**_ being a plus._
- _ Excellent organisational skills and rigour in following up files._
- _ Ability to work independently while being a real team player._
- _ French-speaking working environment._
- _ Working hours: _**_9am-6pm_**_._
