We have the pleasure to present you an opportunity of (Senior) Corporate/Legal Officer in this structure, a fiduciary of 50 employees that is currently in full expansion on the market.
You will work in a team that is composed of corporate officers and accountants, which means that you will be able to communicate easily and in full transparency with your colleagues regarding the clients you share. This way, you know at all times how your client’s situation is advancing and how to work as a team to ensure a quality service.
Its services are oriented towards private equity and real estate clients as well as securitization vehicles, in addition to soparfi/holdings and commercial companies. This means that your skill set will be quite wide, which can only be an advantage in your career in the long term.
Finally, the fiduciary is quite open about the fact that their new employee will have many career opportunities and the opportunity to evolve in the hierarchy, which means that your responsibilities will grow as you evolve in the structure and you will never be frustrated about staying at the same level.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer - Corporate - Legal - PSF - PFS

You will have the responsibility to handle your files from the constitution to the dissolution.

You prepare and organize board meetings and shareholder meetings, draft the minutes and resolutions and ensure a complete follow-up.

You are the key contact person for your clients in case they have any questions, and also ensure a good communication with administrations and third parties.

You publish the accounts on the Business Register as well as any other common modifications such as the entity name, change of seat and so on.

You have 3 years of experience or more as a corporate officer in a fiduciary, investment company or PFS in Luxembourg.

You have had the opportunity to handle a varied portfolio.

Having obtained a Bachelor or Master degree in Law, or any other certificates in the legal field, will be an important plus.

Your open mindedness and enthusiastic personality will be greatly appreciated by your colleagues, who would also describe themselves as dynamic.

In function of your profile and experience, your salary can reach € 62.000 gross per year to which you can also add a bonusat the end of the year.
