Nous recherchons un Spécialiste ISTM expérimenté pour accompagner notre client dans la migration vers ServiceNow et la mise en place d'une CMDB conforme aux meilleures pratiques ITIL et aux exigences réglementaires.

Ce rôle stratégique s'inscrit dans un projet de transformation visant à optimiser la gestion des services IT et à intégrer des outils d'auto-discovery.

Vos missions:

- Collecter et analyser les besoins métiers et techniques.
- Concevoir et normaliser la CMDB en respectant les standards ITIL.
- Réaliser une analyse des écarts entre l'existant et le modèle cible.
- Préparer et configurer la migration vers ServiceNow.
- Étudier et intégrer un outil d'auto-discovery.
- Piloter les phases de test et validation.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les prestataires externes.
- Documenter les processus et former les parties prenantes.

Profil recherché:

- Expérience confirmée sur ServiceNow (ITSM, CMDB, AutoScan) ( min. 4 ans)
- Connaissance approfondie des processus ITIL (certification ITIL requise).
- Compétences en Business Analysis et gestion des requirements.
- Capacité à travailler en environnement multi-fournisseurs.
- Excellente communication en français et anglais.
- Esprit analytique, proactif et orienté solution.

Atouts supplémentaires:

- Expérience en migration de CMDB.
- Connaissance des outils d'auto-discovery.
- Familiarité avec les réglementations (ex. DORA)
