**| Your challenges?**:

- Maintain and update the CMDB to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Work closely with IT teams to identify and resolve issues related to configuration and asset management.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and maintain best practices for configuration and asset management.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with configuration and asset management policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to other IT teams on configuration and asset management-related issues.

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A good of experience in Configuration and Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, specifically Configuration Management.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
