ServiceNow Specialist - 14232
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Setup, administration and troubleshooting of integrations of ServiceNow with other corporate systems
- Manage ServiceNow releases from sub-production to production environments and version upgrades
- Test new features, functionalities, and releases and liaise with users and customers for incidents and requests
- Ensure knowledge transfer with the team and other EC teams and users.
To succeed in this flexible role, you will need to be ITIL foundation certified and have proven experience with ITIL processes. You will also require experience with the following:
- ServiceNow products (ITSM, HRSD, ITBM)
- Web services (Xml/Soap/Rest) and basic Java scripting (for light customisation purposes)
- Fluency in English or French (preferably both).
