System Integrator

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Integration & Implementation**:

- Lead the design, integration, and implementation of SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA (FI, MM, SCM), and ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) integration.
- Ensure seamless integrations between ServiceNow and SAP systems, focusing on accurate data synchronization across platforms, particularly asset lifecycle management.
- ** Collaboration & Requirements Gathering**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define functional requirements, scope, and deliverables for SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, and HAM integrations.
- Work with business teams to capture and document detailed business and functional requirements for ServiceNow enhancements, particularly around asset management processes.
- ** System Design & Optimization**:

- Design, configure, and optimize SAP S/4HANA modules (FI, MM, SCM) and SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and best practices.
- Lead the integration of ServiceNow with SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring streamlined service management and asset management processes.
- ** Troubleshooting & Support**:

- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve integration issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to support HAM program objectives.
- ** Documentation & Testing**:

- Develop detailed technical documentation, including integration mappings, data flow diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and performance monitoring to ensure system integrity and reliability.
- Assist in conducting testing for HAM workflows and ensure compliance with business needs and functional requirements.
- ** Training & Stakeholder Communication**:

- Provide user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and ServiceNow solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical units, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, timelines, objectives, and deliverables.
- ** Lifecycle Management & Security**:

- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure alignment of integration solutions with security policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices, including asset management standards.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in integrating SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on asset lifecycle management and integration with SAP Asset Accounting or Logistics.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules (FI, MM, SCM), SAP Ariba solutions (procurement, supplier, and contract management), and ServiceNow configuration, including ITSM and HAM.
- Strong knowledge of integration methods, tools, and middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI, ServiceNow IntegrationHub).
- Hands-on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware to facilitate seamless data flow between systems.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting for tailored integrations, particularly in asset management workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve integration-related issues.
- Familiarity with IT asset management compliance and auditing standards, particularly related to Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.

**Desirable Skills**:

- SAP certification in relevant modules (FI, MM, SCM) is highly desirable.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist, HAM Foundation, or Integration Hub are a plus.
- Familiarity with asset lifecycle best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms like SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Understanding of ITIL processes, especially those related to asset management and CMDB.
- Experience delivering HAM programs in large, complex organizations.

**Additional Assets**:

- Fluency in French (at least B2) is an asset; knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
- Experience working with the European Commission is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in ServiceNow System Administrator, Flow Designer, and Hardware Asset Management CIS are desirable.
