Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem who has an immediate requirement for a permanent ServiceNow Business Analyst who is French speaking with ITSM / CSM in Luxembourg. This is a hybrid working role.
**Applicants need to possess the following skills**:
ServiceNow - 10 years+ ESSENTIAL
French speaking - ESSENTIAL
ITSM
CSM
Integrations
On-prem instance implementation
CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM, CSA, ITIL v4
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
Telecommunications experience mandatory
The role will involve gathering business requirements, analysis, ITSM, CSM, Integrations and on-prem instance implementation.
Salary - Negotiable
