The Head of Outsourcing, Procurement and COO Financial Monitoring is acting in the COO area, member of the COO management team, is in charge of the outsourcing, central procurement and COO Financial monitoring activities. The employee will report to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborate closely with an IT Outsourcing officer.

**Your main responsibilities**
- Be in charge of the EFG Luxembourg outsourcing framework in line with circulars CSSF 17/654 and CSSF 22/806
- Establish policies, procedures and practices to ensure good corporate governance in respect with regulatory obligations and group requirements
- Manage the coordination and review of the materiality and risk assessments process with the concerned departments
- Ensure the appropriate involvment of all local and group responsible parties in the risk analysis process
- Get or request guidance from competent committees, be responsible of the implementation and validation process with all responsible parties
- Be responsible of the regulatory-compliant outsourcing register
- Be the main contact person regarding outsourcing management for all internal organisational units and third parties
- Contribute to the global group outsourcing framework
- Be responsible of the central procurement function for the Luxembourgish entity
- Follow and enforce the procurement policies and procedures in line with the industry regulations
- Ensure the contracts and supplier information are properly collected and recorded in the appropriate tools
- Support all stakeholders across the entire contract lifecycle including outsourcing services
- Contribute to the financial, cost and revenue analysis
- Manage the COO budget preparation process and financial reporting in full cooperation with the COO management team and the group COO office
- Promote the efficiency management across the organisation

**Your profile**
- Master degree in IT, Business administration or equivalent
- Proven experience in contract, supplier and outsourcing management
- Proven capacity to lead bank wide program, projects and initiatives
- Strong negociation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of european and luxembourgish regulatory obligations
- Fluent written and spoken English & French, any additional language is an asset
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills while being hands-on
