- Permanent Contract**Your Role**

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Delegation Oversight team. As part of a distinct team within the business, this is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated professional to develop their financial career within a leading organization. The Head of Delegation Oversight VP is a key position regarding further development and maintenance of our Outsourcing Governance framework.**You and Your Team**

You will be leading the Delegation Oversight Team, a small team of Outsourcing specialists and which is part of the Business Governance department. Your reporting line will be to the Head of Business Governance.**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain the Outsourcing Governance Framework
- Establish and maintain close relationships at all levels with the offshore partners and internal stake holder like Risk Management and Compliance
- Ensure that our IFDS Oversight Model is appropriate for the business and meets the requirements of the regulators and the IFDS Outsourcing Policy
- Ensure all operational Service Level Agreements, oversight procedures and roles & responsibilities are reviewed on a regular basis
- With the team, perform risk assessments and due diligence reviews on our delegates
- Responsible for the setting and achievement of specific team performance objectives
- Chair our monthly Outsourcing Forum, the governing body or all our Outsourcing arrangements
- Participate in any client onboarding project
- Attend and contribute to operational, client, risk, audit and regulatory meetings as required, and actively contribute to TA-wide initiatives and focus groups

**Your Profile
- A minimum of 10 years' experience within a financial services / banking environment.
- Third level / university degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. Business, Finance etc.
- Broad understanding of the wider funds industry
- Procedural, technical and product knowledge of the Transfer Agency business including a broad knowledge of legislation and regulations, including regulatory oversight requirements
- Experience of completing due diligence, audit reports or monitoring & testing reviews
- Excellent administrative, organizational and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task, meet multiple deadlines and yet work calmly under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic, Results and Team orientated with a positive can do attitude
- Excellent communicator, capable of dealing with both internal & external stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in English.
