**What you will be working on**:
The Outsourcing Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our outsourcing partnerships by overseeing the operational aspects of vendor relationships. This role involves business case validation, managing vendor selection, contract negotiation, onboarding support, performance management, and alignment with the company's strategic goals.

**The role tasks include but are not limited to**:
**Vendor Selection and Evaluation**:
Identify potential outsourcing partners and conduct comprehensive evaluations of their capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess vendor suitability and compatibility with our operational needs.

**Contract Negotiation and Management**:
Lead contract negotiations and the development of service level agreements (SLAs) that safeguard the organization's interests. Ensure strict adherence to contractual terms and conditions and drive contract renewal or modifications when necessary.

**Use-cases / user stories Development**:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders who are in scope of outsourcing parts of their activities to clarify the activities to be outsourced and prepare the user-stories for the outsourcing partners.

**Vendor Performance Management**:
Implement robust systems to monitor and evaluate vendor performance against agreed-upon SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs). Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize vendor performance and operational efficiency.

**Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement**:
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for streamlining operations and achieving cost-efficiency. Implement operational best practices and drive process improvements in coordination with outsourcing partners.

**Risk Management**:
Identify potential operational risks associated with outsourcing and develop strategies to mitigate them. Establish contingency plans to address disruptions in the outsourcing process.

**Budget Management and Cost Control**:
Manage outsourcing budgets, ensuring that costs remain within budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize operational expenditures.

**Communication and Relationship Building**:
Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with outsourcing partners to ensure seamless operational coordination. Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and conflict management.

**Compliance and Legal Oversight**:
Ensure that all operational aspects of outsourcing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the legal department to address contractual and compliance issues.

**What we look for**
- Bachelor's degree in business management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in outsourcing and operational management, ideally in a Financial Services structure
- Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operational outsourcing.
- Proficient in project management methodologies
- Capacity to work autonomously.
- Ability to travel to various offshore locations up to 20% of their time.
