**What you will be doing**
You’ll be part of the ICT Governance & Outsourcing Management team where you will support the procurement process including the outsourcing management. The team is located in Luxembourg but provides services to the Satispay Group.
You will be reporting to the ICT Governance & Outsourcing Manager and working closely with many teams and stakeholders within the Satispay Group.

Generally, you will:

- Process the procurement request(s) including the creation of purchase orders.
- Support the outsourcing management process.
- Support the contract management including a contract storage remediation.
- Define an easy and smart communication methodology applicable to all the team processes.
- Involve and escalate to relevant stakeholders whenever required.
- Prepare a monthly overview and progress report addressed to Satispay’ s Management.
- Secure that the supporting documentation is available centrally and updated at all times.
- Support internal stakeholders and be the single point of contact during the internal and external audit(s).

- is analytical, result oriented, not afraid to fail and to improve;
- has strong communication capabilities with all levels of functions;
- some knowledge and understanding of contract management;
- professional working proficiency in English is a must;
- B1 or B2 level in Italian is considered as an asset.

**Logistic & Salary**
The position is based in Luxembourg.
