**Your day-to-day responsibilities include
- Provide support & advice to the business owners regarding their supplier relationships, assisting in the creation of necessary documents and notifications to ensure compliance with 22/806 regulations.
- Regularly review critical supplier/outsourcing and intragroup relationships as part of our governance practices.
- Be the central point of contact connecting internal control stakeholders (Compliance, Risk, Information Security, Data Protection, Legal), local and international operational management, and outsourcing services.
- Facilitate the key governance committee Quality and risk Assessment as well as the Steering Committee for managing outsourced acquiring processing activities.
- Maintain an inventory of outsourcing activities and oversee all outsourcing relationships of the organization.
- Continuously enhance the supplier risk management process to align with EFG Bank group policies.
- Engage in various tasks such as developing procedures, reporting, communication, and participating in working groups to enhance our third-party risk measures. Establish outsourcing awareness in the organization, serving as the designated point of contact for management at both internal and group levels.

**Your profile
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Finance, Bank, Law, Applied Economics or similar.
- 3 to 5 years experience in a financial services environment in a consulting and/or project management role, an experience in procurement or outsourcing would be a significant asset.
- Good understanding of the regulatory context of a banking or payment environment
- Experience in managing contracts from a multidisciplinary perspective (operational, financial and legal aspects) and ideally critical outsourcing relationship.
- Experience in dealing with procedural, compliance, reputational and legal risks, including handling complaints from external parties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different target audiences.
- You are proactive and hands-on with a good sense of priorities and always looking for adequate solutions
- You have integrity and team spirit skills.
- You are fluent in English, French or any other languages is an advantage.
