**We are looking for**

At least bachelor or master.

Ideally studies in Law or Economics/Finance.

**Your role in the team**

Chief Compliance Officer of a Fund Management Company (Allfunds Investment Solutions) based in Luxembourg.

Responsible for supervising and managing compliance issues within the organization, ensuring that the ManCo complies with regulatory requirements, CSSF expectations and Allfunds group policies and procedures.

The compliance function represents an independent body from the other organizational areas: its task is to ensure that the board of directors, management and employees comply with the rules dictated by the agencies and regulatory bodies (mainly CSSF); it also ensures that the company policies are followed and respected accordingly and that the behavior within the organization is in accordance with the company's standards of conduct.

The Chief Compliance Officer of the ManCo also assumes the fuction of AML Compliance.
