**We are looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within asset management, fund distribution, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of he fund industry, fund structures, regulations and market practices in alternative investments.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, German and French) are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency, proactive, problem-solving and client-oriented attitude.

**Your role in the team**

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) for Alternative Client Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with asset managers and fund houses. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that Allfunds’ platform and services align with the evolving needs of our fund partners, while identifying opportunities for mutual growth.
