**We are looking for**
- University degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior compliance role within the financial services sector, preferably in fund management or asset management.
- In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory framework, especially CSSF regulations.
- Proven experience in AML/CFT compliance and risk management.
- Strong understanding of compliance monitoring, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with regulators and senior stakeholders.
- Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent.
- Experience with cross-border compliance and group-level policy implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Fluency in French and English.
