If you’re interested in joining a purpose driven community that is dedicated to crafting an ambitious and inclusive work environment, join eBay - a company you can be proud to be with. **Deputy Chief Compliance Officer** **Key Responsibilities** - Real-Time backup of the Chief Compliance Officer, providing support in all areas of regulatory and AML compliance relevant to the business operations of eBay S.a.r.l. - Act as a Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer of eBay S.a.r.l. - Work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer for eBay S.a.r.l in developing an effective compliance program. - Close collaboration with internal AML Compliance teams to be able to advise and bring up on various topics affecting the AML Compliance program - Close collaboration with other internal partners such as the Authorized Management to assist and advice on Compliance matters including regulatory changes, potential risks, potential improvements, complaints, processes, policies, management - Provide AML Compliance advice and analysis in relation to relevant business initiatives to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and policies - Coordinating, supporting and preparing various regulatory reports to be sent to the authorities - Monitoring of regulatory developments and advising partners accordingly when needed - Working with internal partners to develop training and knowledge sharing throughout the eBay group. - Work closely with the Authorised Managers to mitigate compliance risk. - Identify, recommend and assist in the implementation of changes to eBay systems, controls and procedures in response to regulatory changes, including AML, regulatory compliance, sanctions and complaints. - Deputy MLRO for eBay S.a.r.l and assisting with regulatory and Board reporting - Work to develop and implement an annual AML/CTF risk assessment - Supporting in developing AML Compliance strategies and in advising on relevant policies/standards/procedures place in order to assist the Company in meeting its AML Compliance objectives - Potential people management and assignment of direct reports to tasks depending on business needs - Tracking, communicating, following up and coordinating of audit tasks to ensure meeting set deadlines - Communicate with the CSSF, CRF and other regulators, as required **Requirements**: - 5-7+ years experience in AML Compliance in Luxembourg, preferable payments/fintech - Bachelor degree or higher - Previous experience as an MLRO or Deputy MLRO would be desirable - Previous engagement with regulators, including the CSSF and CRF in Luxembourg - Fluent in English, any other language skills advantageous - Able to communicate clearly with senior leadership - ACAMS or similar qualification would be desirable - Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment - Experience in interacting with various stakeholders in a timely manner Benefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
