**We are looking for**

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:

- University degree (or qualification deemed equivalent).
- Fluent/native speaker of English.Spanish and French also valuable.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

- Minimum of five years’ experience in the Luxembourg fund industry, in particular in compliance, asset management consultancy or supervision of delegated asset management.
- Knowledge of the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the UCITS/AIF fund industry.
- Knowledge of EMIR regulation, reporting and oversight.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the markets, alongside with a strong knowledge of private assets.
- Knowledge and/or experience in valuation of real assets (PE, RE, debt, infrastructure) and financial derivatives including structured products would be an advantage;
- Good knowledge of investment funds industry and product structures.
- You are proficient in Excel and other MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint);
