**We are looking for**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
- You have a Master's degree in Economy, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field;
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management within the asset management or financial services industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of risk management regulations and guidelines (ESMA, CSSF, etc.). Familiarity with UCITS and AIFs investment restrictions.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in risk management software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments.
- Fluent/native speaker of English.Spanish and French also valuable.
