**We are looking for**
- At least 3 years industry experience, preferably in a Luxembourg management company or fund administrator or audit company.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fund structures and regulatory requirements in Luxembourg and Ireland.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Your role in the team**

The Fund Administration Officer, under the supervision of the Fund Administration Manager, will:

- Act as a main point of contact with all relevant parties involved into the setup, the onboarding and the daily monitoring of the funds.
- Managing the annual and semi-annual reporting process for our funds.
