**HR Specialist - Key Responsibilities**:
As a key member of the HR & Finance function, you will play a **central and versatile role** in managing payroll operations within a **demanding yet rewarding environment**.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the **end-to-end payroll process** for employees, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Guaranteeing **compliance** with both local and international payroll regulations.
- Collaborating closely with **HR and Finance departments** to streamline payroll procedures.
- Acting as a **trusted point of contact** for employees regarding payroll and benefits matters.
- Continuously improving payroll processes and exploring **innovative solutions** to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.

**HR Specialist -** **Qualifications**:

- At least **2 years of experience** in payroll, ideally within a **fiduciary or law firm environment**.
- Fluent in **French and English**; any additional language is considered an asset.
- Strong **Excel skills** and attention to detail.
- A **proactive and rigorous mindset**, combined with a sense of discretion and professionalism.
- A **Bachelor's degree** in a relevant field.
