**Resourcing Marketing**:
- As our HR Resourcing specialist, he/she will support image and attractiveness of the organization, strengthen our school/universities relations, and achieve our strong & sustainable profiles acquisition ambitions.
- He/she will be the referent for Hiring and On-boarding processes across all Clusters and Transversal Functions (including training to ensure all HR BD Lead/Leadership Development have right skills and mindset on new tools & practices).
- The person will be in contact with Leadership Development Leads and Recruiting Managers of each perimeter (clusters and TTs), with good knowledge of each perimeter’s activities and challenges.
**Equity, Diversity & Inclusion**:
- The incumbent will be Europe Flat ED&I segment promoter. Working with several stakeholders in the segment and with HR & D&I contacts across the Group, he/she will ensure the successful roll-out of ArcelorMittal Europe - Flat Products ED&I initiatives.
**Accountabilities**:
- Plays a critical role in developing, defining, and conveying the employer brand, helping to uncover and promote (videos, posters etc.) the differentiating factors that make Flats Europe entities a great place to work
- Special big resourcing projects coordination when required (DRI/EAF ), in collaboration with the HR Lead(s) of the function(s)/cluster(s)
- Facilitation of live virtual events with potential hirees
- Active role in MyHR Recruitment Module framing for the Segment
- Operational support on jobs posting and search if appropriate (through “LinkedIn Recruiter seat”)
- Identify trends and emerging technologies and share them within the HR/LD community to ensure a forward-thinking approach.
- Identifies and shares Social Media best practices inside the HR/LD network
- Seeks and evaluates potential opportunities for partnerships with vendors and emerging technologies
- Designs content that helps expand Flats Europe brand using social media, in cooperation with Internal Communication Department
- Recommends Social Media KPIs and measurement solutions
- Improving on-boarding experience across the Segment
- Manage all ED&I activities and define roadmap for the segment
- Propose actions and ED&I programs in accordance to defined roadmap for each country
- Increase ED&I awareness among employees at all levels through communication
- Analyze and use the surveys’ results (Speak Up+) related to ED&I
- Support the Group ED&I initiatives
**Profile**:
Master degree or equivalent
Languages: English mandatory, other European language is a plus
5/6 y. or + in communication/marketing/brand management
Knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter seat and job slot, or equivalent tools
Experience of delivering multiple projects with competing demands to tight deadlines
Genuine interest in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion culture and topics
