**We are seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist**
Business Services are the backbone of KPMG, crucial to setting our business on the path to success. Our Business Services staff connect the dots, converging the right people and the right technologies to ensure an exemplary, effective and signature client experience.
Our People and Culture team is looking for forward-thinking and passionate people to make a difference to our clients, people and communities in our **Onboarding & Engagement team**. We are seeking outstanding individuals who will enhance a team committed to be the market leader by size and reputation.
As an **HR Onboarding specialist **you will have the opportunity to support one of our business functions leading different initiatives related to employee experience, such as the onboarding of new employees, culture surveys, retention, traineeship, engagement of our people.
Onboarding Program:
- Be the key contact for future Employees once a contract with KPMG has been signed: continuous communication and information as well as creating the sense of belonging prior to arrival
- Facilitate the full onboarding process: preparation of newcomers’ arrival from a communication and a career management perspective
- Update and revise new employee onboarding programs to ensure a maximum level of onboarding experience
- Be the main actor for our monthly newcomer onboarding as well as driver of our large intakes in terms of organization & deployment
Engagement & Retention:
- Analyze our employees’ engagement data to understand the trends and key predictors that drive strong culture and engagement and propose adatped action plan
- Work hand in hand with the Management / Leadership & Talent Business Partners to consistently increase our people experience and engagement: Onboarding satisfaction surveys, face to face meetings with newcomers, exit interviews, etc.
- Coordinate the trial period of our newcomer, ensuring a proper integration within the team and their development
- Be in close touch with our Trainees and monitor their end of internship process: capturing the feedback, driving end-of-internship discussions, coordinating offers with the Talent Attraction & Sourcing Team
- Create and cultivate employee engagement initiatives (e.g. wellness program, diversity and wellbeing topics & trainings,)
- Work on diverseprojects related to the Engagement & Retention of our employees
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related
- Fluency in English, French and/or German is an asset
- Successful in creating and driving projects
- Interest in data analysis, preparation and presentation
- Great sense of priorities and attention to details
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Self-motivated, strong ownership and team spirit
- Strong enthusiasm and interest for the topics around Employee Experience
