We are an international group specialized in the management of companies, based in Luxembourg since 1999.
Our clients are mainly blue chip multi-national corporations in various economic sectors.
In order to accompany our expansion and the success of our clients, we are currently looking for:
**1 Legal and administrative assistant f**luent in English (another language will be an asset) **- full time, permanent agreement**
Applicants should possess excellent Microsoft Office processing skills and a strong background in corporate secretarial work. The position involves, among other tasks/abilities:
- Drafting board minutes and shareholder(s) resolutions
- Preparation of legal documents
- Assisting the Managing Director Legal Services in compliance matters
- Filing and archiving of documents in accordance with the existing filing procedures and in a timely manner
- Management support (organization of meetings and travels)
**Salary**: commensurate with experience and qualifications. The position comes with extra benefits like meal vouchers (EUR 10,80 a day), a free parking spot and telework possibilities (up to two days a week).
