If you have a strong sales background (10+ years), a structured and analytical mindset, and a passion for identifying new business opportunities, this is your chance to make a real impact.
This role goes beyond traditional account management—it’s about strategic leadership, sales excellence, and fostering long-term client partnerships. As part of the management team, you will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and serve as the key point of contact for our most important clients, including Luxembourgish communes. You will play a critical role in shaping client strategy and driving business development initiatives.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Own and manage key accounts, fostering strong relationships, securing long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and manage complex sales processes with a solution-oriented approach.
- Analyze financial and business data to identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and present insights to management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and proactively address client needs.
- Engage with Luxembourgish communes and public sector clients, positioning Sales-Lentz as a trusted mobility partner.
- Contribute to commercial strategy, working alongside leadership to define the future direction of the business.
- Mentor and guide a supporting team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture.
**What You Bring**:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
- Analytical mindset - you enjoy working with numbers, analyzing data, and making informed decisions.
- Structured and strategic approach to sales and account management.
- Sales-driven, entrepreneurial mindset - you proactively seek out opportunities and think ahead.
- Strong financial acumen and experience working with financial data.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience in public sector sales is a strong plus.
- Collaborative mindset - you thrive in a team environment but also excel in leading initiatives independently.
- Fluency in Luxembourgish, French, and English.
