BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join as HR Manager in our Luxembourg Technical Center in Hautcharage, Luxembourg.

Key roles:

- Partner with leadership in strategic and / or operational decision making by providing a full range of advice on all areas of HR and elevate requests as needed to the Senior Management;
- Manage employee relations activities diligently, efficiently and confidentially. Provide labor law support and guidance;
- Coordinate the different activities (training, payroll, cross-border, administration, recruitment, employer branding ) and ensure the highest level of compliance, as well as a legal watch;
- Structure and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) of the HR activities to monitor, anticipate and drive the change where necessary;
- Understand the Strategy, share vision, align people to objectives and priorities accordingly;
- Be actively involved in various projects, process improvement actions, communications, transformation and development plans;
- Manage ad-hoc questions, policies design and updates, daily HR matters;

Requirements:

- University degree or an equivalent qualification in HR management, Economics or Business Administration;
- Proven working experience as HR Manager in Luxembourg in an international organization;
- Strong organizational skills, autonomous and flexible;
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg labor law, social security and tax aspects;
- People oriented and solid problem-solving capabilities;
- Competencies to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships, as well as maintaining a good level of communication at all levels of the company;
- Strong leadership skills, and ready to lead and develop a team;
- Committed to continuous process improvement in people strategies and initiatives;
- Able to work team-oriented and independently;
- Able to work effectively in complex and changing environments while preserving strong stakeholder relations;
- Strong work ethics, discretion, and personal and professional integrity;
- Fluent in English and German and/or French, any additional language is considered as an asset;
- Proven experience in the industry field is an advantage;
