As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner for our head office in Bascharage.

The Finance Business Partner playsreports to the group CFO and plays a crucial role in our financial strategy and decision-making processes. This position serves as a bridge between the finance department and the business units, providing financial expertise, insights, and support to the local CEO of the division you’re in charge of to drive the success of our organization.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for enhancing business performance, guiding key decisions, challenging the thinking of your counterparts while making sure to be fully compliant.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Build strong working relationships with the CEO and the management team to align financial strategies with overall business objectives
- Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems to monitor, analyse and communicate key financial and operational performance indicators to the CEO and management team for key decisions (including P&L, cash flow statements, balance sheets and variance analyses)
- Lead the change in analyzing variances against the plan, challenging mitigation actions and provide scenarios for adapted initiatives
- Actively communicate key risks and opportunities, proposing new approaches
- Collaborate with the CEO and management team to develop plans for maximizing profitability, reducing costs, and increasing revenue
- Lead annual budget andet forecast exercices with all departments of the divisions
- Evaluate internal business processes to recommend improvements and support the digitalization ambition
- Develop financial models and forecasts to guide long-term planning
- Ensure that the organization maintains internal controls that safeguard data integrity while also complying with financial regulations and reporting standards
- Provide assistance to the Group Controller when required

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**
- 10 years of finance or accounting experience in the industry
- Proactive and confident in challenging the status quo, even with the top management
- Good communication skills, adept at translating complex financial information for a diverse range of internal stakeholders including non-finance individuals
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a proven track record in providing analysis and strategic financial insights
- Passionate for business and process improvement and foster a culture of sharing best practices
- Demonstrate agility, flexibility and creativity
- Excellent SAP skills plus Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Cost/Profit center accounting
- Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements and pricing strategies
- Strong working capital management skills
