CTG PSF is an IT Services Company dedicated to various clients mainly in the financial sector.
We are currently hiring a Call desk Agent for our delivery center.
Your Missions
**In charge of user support**: you are the first point of contact for users.
You are in charge of encoding and resolving tickets in the tracking software.
You dispatch the tickets to the expert teams if necessary.
You are able to respect the contractual call deadlines.
**Profile**:
You are fluent in French and English.
You are able to use a computer as well as the usual office tools such as Microsoft Suite.
You have a first experience or interest in the IT field.
Knowledge of ticketing tools is a real asset.
You appreciate teamwork and working in an international environment.
**Offer**:
A 13th month at the end of the year or each month
