**About the Role**:
Everience Luxembourg is recruiting **five (5) Multilingual Call Center Agents** to support a health provider in the public sector. This role is ideal for **customer service professionals** who are fluent in **Luxembourgish, French, German, and English (C1 level)** and have **experience in call center operations**.

As part of the client’s **Front Office team**, you will:
Handle **incoming calls and inquiries from insured persons**.
Provide **first-level assistance**, ensuring **at least 80% of requests** are resolved without escalation.
Offer **clear and professional guidance on social security topics**.
Accurately **document interactions and update customer records** in the client’s systems.
Ensure **compliance with data security and confidentiality requirements**.

**On-site at Client premises**
⏳ **Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM**
