About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales organization (15 people) towards achieving and surpassing sales targets. They will optimize sales processes and ensure high performance across the team and service towards our clients.

This pivotal role will report directly to the CEO and contribute to company-wide strategy and execution. The candidate will work closely with both VPs Product, who manage existing major customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage the Sales Team, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales targets.
  • Optimize the Onboarding process of new sales staff and provide training to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive ambitious sales growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with VPs Product to align sales targets with product development and market needs.
  • Manage potential channel conflicts in our different markets.
  • Ensure pricing strategies are optimized.
  • Perform regular data analysis to assess the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  • Evaluate overall sales performance and provide insights to the Executive Committee.
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business expansion efforts.
Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding leadership skills, a remarkable ability to adapt to our team, and respect for our historic successes.

  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Strong data and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Perfectly fluent in English and French, with knowledge of additional European languages being an asset.
  • A solid understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively at all levels within the organization and with key external stakeholders.

The salary for this position is approximately €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
