**Organisation and department description**
Our client, a leading provider of tailored solutions for the asset management sector, is in active search of a Director to develop and lead strategies aimed at driving the performance of the ETF sales team.

**Job description**
Your mission will be to:

- Identify new business opportunities;
- Anticipate and address client needs;
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers;
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations;
- Engage with internal teams to reinforce sales endeavors;
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations;
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports;
- Participate in industry events to enhance visibility.

**Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related fields;
- Successful sales track record, specifically in ETFs and similar products to institutional clients, financial advisors, and wealth management firms;
- Robust expertise of ETFs, including their structure, mechanics, and advantages over other investments;
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction;
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs.
