Office Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and friendly member of staff to support our Luxembourg reception team, both at the front desk and as an administrative assistant. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:- Reception Activities:
- Answer and forward phone calls, take messages, and prepare meeting rooms.
- Organize office equipment and schedules, as well as perform various tasks such as booking taxis, managing the customer car park, and processing documents.
- Administrative Activities:
- Manage emails, set up conference calls, and update databases and Outlook contacts.
- Write, edit, and finalize correspondence, as well as assist with administrative tasks and office furnishing matters on request.
Requirements:
- Relevant professional experience at the reception desk and on the switchboard at a law firm or in the service department of a hotel or other service company.
- Very good command of English and German.
- Proficient in the use of common MS Office applications.
- Keen to work independently and responsibly, experienced in dealing with unforeseen situations.
