Accounting Coordinator French Speaker Family Office

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious real estate family office, focused on the high-quality standards of their projects. As an Accounting Coordinator, you will report to the Head of Finance and Administration. You will be responsible for the comprehensive accounting of assigned companies, including the group's holding. Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy and completeness of accounting information while efficiently coordinating external firms in overseeing the accounting production for the overseas subsidiary companies, but not limited to it.

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Managing the general accounting functions for four Luxembourg-based companies (Soparfi) (corporate TAX, VAT declarations, bank reconciliations, closely working with auditors and banks, etc.)
- Managing the cash flow and legal contracts/ agreements
- Managing relationships with authorities, auditors, and other certifiers, clients, suppliers, tenants, and you will be the main point of contact for the teams based abroad
- Ensuring first-level management control, including the establishment of full costs/transfer pricing
- Overseeing tenant relations and operational leasing for nine fully equipped offices at the company's headquarters, including site visits, KYC, property assessments, supply management, maintenance oversight, and coordination with the property management association
- Supporting the Implementation of new accounting software and internalizing tasks previously outsourced to streamline operations
**Your Profile**:
- University degree (bachelor’s or similar) in Accounting, Finance, Management control
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, audit firms, or fiduciaries
- Very good knowledge of IFRS and Lux GAAP
- Proficient in Excel
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and French are a must
- Problem solver, good communication skills, very autonomous and passionate about process improvements
