At Marks & Clerk LLP, we are seeking an Office Coordinator to play a key role in our Luxembourg office, providing administrative support to our operational teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating meeting rooms, and maintaining office supplies inventory. They will also provide administrative support to our operational teams, preparing reports and documents as needed.
We are looking for a diligent and pro-active individual with a professional and friendly attitude. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to manage high volumes of work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and facilities management
- Administrative support to operational teams
- Coordination of meetings and office supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position is desirable
- Proficient in English and French
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
