En tant que Change Coordinator au sein de la Chambre de Commerce du Luxembourg, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la coordination, la structuration et la facilitation des initiatives de changement au sein de l'organisation et vous serez en charge de promouvoir les méthodes de travail agiles.
Evoluant sous la direction du « Innovation & Change Manager », votre mission essentielle portera sur le renforcement des méthodes de gestion du changement en déployant et consolidant l'approche, mobilisant les parties prenantes et développant des compétences en matière d’accompagnement du changement au sein des équipes. Vous interagirez directement avec les différentes Directions de la Chambre de Commerce et vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein du « Change Group » composé de la Direction Générale et différentes personnes en charge d’activités transverses à l’organisation.
**VOTRE MISSION**
- Analyse des transitions : Cartographier les pratiques actuelles, identifier les opportunités de développement et les parties prenantes clés au sein d’une feuille de route.
- Stratégie : Coordonner, impulser et renforcer les travaux et objectifs du Change Group, co-créer une vision stratégique commune du changement et établir un cadre et des lignes directrices pour sa mise en œuvre.
- Innovation : Être force de proposition en termes d’initiatives et aligner le changement avec la stratégie d'innovation et ce afin de promouvoir la culture d'innovation au sein de la Chambre de Commerce.
- Mobilisation : Aligner la communication sur les objectifs de changement, harmoniser les pratiques des différents acteurs impliqués dans des initiatives et projets induisant des changements importants (pratiques, méthodes, outils) et mobiliser un réseau d’ambassadeurs.
- Accompagnement : Organiser des ateliers de sensibilisation, fournir un soutien stratégique et agir en tant que « Project management office » (PMO) sur certains projets transverses à l’organisation à la demande des Directeurs & responsables d’équipe de la Chambre de Commerce.
- Évaluation : Suivre l'efficacité des initiatives en définissant et utilisant des indicateurs et KPI pertinents

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- être titulaire d’une maîtrise / d’un master en sciences économiques, de gestion, management, sociales, politiques, ou assimilés
- disposer d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 3 années en gestion du changement
- avoir de très bonnes connaissances des outils et méthodes du changement (ADKAR, PROSCI, etc.).
- se prévaloir des compétences suivantes : analyse, approche agile (Kanban, Design Thinking, etc.), outils de gestion de projet (Jira), cartographie des processus, planification, formation, facilitation, Performance Management System.
- posséder les softs skills suivantes : communication interpersonnelle, collaboration, sensibilité culturelle, vision, proactivité, adaptabilité, gestion du conflit et capacité de négociation.
- disposer d’excellentes facultés d’expression écrite et orale des langues française et anglaise, la pratique des langues luxembourgeoise et allemande étant considéré comme un atout
