**Job Title**
Analyst Trustee and Depositary Services
**What will you do?**
The primarily responsibilities of a TDS Analyst are to ensure full compliance with regulatory depositary requirements related to: Cash Flow Monitoring, Oversight duties: NAV, Subscriptions/Redemptions, Investment Compliance, Income Distribution, Timely Settlement, Safekeeping and Recordkeeping of assets. The TDS Analyst shall perform all above depositary duties to ensure RBC I&TS acting as depositary for UCITS and AIFs fully complies with the duties imposed by the AIFMD/UCITS V regulations.
**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must-have**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Fund Administration business, Depositary business, Internal Control or Audit function
- Basic knowledge of regulatory UCITS V and AIFMD depositary framework
- Experience in Real Estate and Private Equity is an advantage
- Mandatory English Language (Written/Oral) Proficiency
- Detail oriented
**Nice-to-have**
- German
- Good knowledge of Access
