**Responsibilities**:
**How will you contribute?**:
You, as payroll analyst, deal with the reporting activities of the HR department. You are responsible to compile payroll data to submit and coordinate with our payroll provider. As per so, you are expected to:

- Collect and gather all the data which could affect the payroll of the staff and communicates them to the payroll provider
- Verify that the payroll provider has correctly computes the salary instructions
- Post the payroll records for the needs of LIST staff and Finance & Administration department
- Respond to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
- Ensure that external contractors have the correct payroll information.
- Provide agreed HR information to the Accountancy team
- Ensure the respect of deadlines and quality of results/services provided
- Work with autonomy under general supervision on payroll assignments.

On top of this you are able to:

- Identify, analyse, and solve payroll problems/challenges and valuates feasibility and effectiveness of solutions.
- Focus and cope with deadlines

Must Have Requirements
You have a proven experience in payroll of 3 years minimum, where you could acquire deep knowledge in practices, procedures, operations, and legislation. Data Analysis with strong attention to detail is one of your strengths and you are an excel super user.

You are an HR specialist in HRIS and reporting activity. You have experience in configure reports and data analysis.

You have succeeded as HR payroll analyst as you can manage data with strong attention to details. You are great team contributor and team worker. Your communication skills help you dealing with internal and external customers and partners. Your strongly organized, solution oriented and manage deadlines.

You speak both French and English, any other language is an asset.
