**Job Title**

Analyst ITS Bank and Shareholders accounts Oversight & Reporting

**What will you do?**

Participate in the activities and deliver objectives linked to following Streams:

- Lead the analysis and risk assessment for the development of and subsequent assessment of a number of key reconciliation project
- Active participation in the decision making process which have direct impact on the performance of the team and other business lines as well (Finance, GRM) in addition to Client Operations and external clients as well.
- Ensure effective identifying, logging and resolution/follow up of enquiries and liaise with appropriate parties to resolve or escalate queries/problem within agreed timeframe, ability to negotiate with clients, and influence.
- Ensure evaluation of unusual problems in a complex environment providing recommendations and searching for continued improvement
- Participate in an environment of continuous change reviewing and challenging, suggesting workflows, processes and procedures on an ongoing basis
- Ensure SLA, all Oversight documentation is well managed and on time
- Participate in risk discussion
- Manage auditors topics (internal and external)
- Coordination of PEGA attestation (Bank general ledger attestation), provision committee reporting which are strategic tasks performed

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Willing to take on new challenges and work under pressure following sharp deadlines and/or S.L.A.s requirements
- Ability to negotiate, influence and convince
- Strong oral and written communication skills, English, French
- Direct impact on the performance of the department and impact on other key department as well (Finance)
- Manage various tasks in different fields of activity

**Nice-to-have**
- Confirmed professional experience in a role requiring good knowledge on Custody and Shareholders activities (minimum 5 years) or Higher academic training (Master as example)
- Show capacity to understand/anticipate implication of executed tasks and important/ strategic evolutions in his field of expertise
- Natural Ability for working with others

**Job Summary**

Senior Analyst, ITS Bank and Shareholders accounts Oversight & Reporting will be in charge to manage some strategic reporting (Bank General ledger attestation, Provision committee). This role will be responsible for Oversight on different activities (RBC IS Bank accounts control and Oversight, Custody Interest claims, and Shareholders accounts Oversight and Control)
