Manager Expert, Trustee and Depositary Services

**What will you do?**

The primarily responsibilities of a TDS Manager Expert are to ensure full compliance with regulatory depositary requirements related to:

- Cash Flow Monitoring
- Oversight duties: NAV, Subscriptions/Redemptions, Investment Compliance, Income Distribution, Timely Settlement
- Safekeeping and Recordkeeping of assets

The TDS Manager Expert shall act as a highly-skilled depositary specialist with advanced knowledge and a good understanding of depositary topics, fostering a culture of high performance and mastering the UCITS and AIFM regulations. The TDS Manager Expert is part of a matrix organizational structure having a hierarchical manager and more than one TDS stream manager where he/she shall contribute to all depositary tasks/objectives allocated to him/her. The TDS Manager Expert is fully accountable for the successful implementation of all assigned objectives, and must be able to support all TDS streams in an autonomous way, and will represent TDS in front of counterparties, delegates and clients and will act as an oversight champion.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Fund Administration business, Depositary business, Internal Control or Audit function
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Depositary function or equivalent
- Sound knowledge of regulatory UCITS V and AIFMD depositary framework
- Experience in Real Estate and Private Equity is an advantage
- Mandatory English Language (Written/Oral) Proficiency
- Detail oriented

- German
- Good knowledge of Access

**Job Summary**

The TDS Manager Expert shall act as a Senior Subject Matter Expert for all depositary matters to ensure RBC I&TS acting as depositary for UCITS and AIFs fully complies with the duties imposed by the AIFMD/UCITS V regulations.
