**Your Role...**:

- This position will require working 50% of full-time hours, with the flexibility to work either in the morning or afternoon on weekdays_.

What the job is about
- First-line support for recruitment queries, monitoring the HR in-box
- Ensure compliance with procedures related to own area of expertise. Have a focus on process, workflow, GDPR and documentation

**What we expect from you**:
You bring a proactive and self-motivated approach to work. Further,
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field required
- Several years of experience in an administrative environment, ideally prior HR Admin experience
- Strong numerical skills, proven attention to detail / high accuracy
- Knowledge of the functions and capabilities of CMR tools; ideally an applicant tracking system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Professional communications skills in English in both, oral and written; French is a plus
- Strong organisational skills
