Your next challenge
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, web chat, and email, offering quality advice.
  • Deliver a client-centric experience by efficiently managing administrative tasks such as internal mobility, onboarding, and surveys.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of system-related actions for payroll processing.
  • Handle data management and support in creating HR-related presentations.
  • Participate in internal HR communications and meeting organization.
  • Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Your skills
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in helpdesk or call center roles.
  • Administrative experience with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar HR systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in French and English (additional languages are an advantage).
