Customer Service Officer

En tant que Customer Service Officer, vous serez le point de contact principal pour nos clients internes (interco) et externes. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des commandes, la résolution des problèmes et l’amélioration de la satisfaction client.
Vos principales activités seront les suivantes:
- Entrer et/ou confirmer la date de livraison des commandes de nos clients internes et externes
- Etablir et mettre à jour le carnet de production ;
- En respectant la capacité des lignes,
- En respectant la politique d’inventaire,
- Permettant d’atteindre le taux de disponibilité conforme aux attentes,
- Permettant d’établir les besoins de production à court et à long terme
- Suivre et mettre à jour le carnet de commande
- En assurant la bonne allocation des commandes,
- En garantissant la modification/la clôture des PO
- En identifiant les commandes à risque d’un point de vue service client et en suivant leur évolution en collaboration avec les équipes planning
- En communiquant proactivement avec les clients/réseaux de vente à travers les systèmes, par mail, et/ou par téléphone
- En se coordonnant avec les équipes finance en cas de « Credit check »
- En se coordonnant avec les équipes shipment planning en cas de transport express
- Planifier les opérations de différentiation retardée
- Suivre, en collaboration avec le marketing/studio, les commandes de produits « Special » afin d’identifier au plus vite les points de blocage éventuels
- Participer aux réunions concernant les nouvelles gammes de produits, gérer les Phase In/Phase Out
- Suivre le process de facturation
- En assurant la mise à jour des prix de vente
- En établissant le cas échéant les notes de crédit en cas de litige
- Suivre et calculer les indicateurs de performances se référant au service client (OTIF, entrée de commande,)
Compétences et profil recherchés
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un bac +2 ou +3 ou +4/ à orientation logistique/approvisionnement ou commerce extérieur
- Expérience préalable en service client, idéalement dans un environnement industriel.
- Vous maîtrisez la suite Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,) et SAP
- Vous maitrisez le Français et l’Anglais
- Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome et de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Vous êtes organisé et savez gérer les priorités avec rigueur
- Vous êtes capable de trouver des solutions aux problèmes posés de manière proactive et esprit d’initiative
- Vous avez un excellent sens du travail en équipe
