Customer Service Analyst

Main source of communication with the customers, the **Customer Service Analyst** is a key part of the global commercial activities. Being the voice of the customer inside Nexa, it is expected that the person in charge will be able to address the daily challenges in the most efficient and effective way between all stakeholders, while performing all administrative task with high accuracy and awareness.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Handle daily activities to ensure Luxembourg customers contract execution, with constant interface between: customers, traders, operations in South America, planning, logistics and finance department;
- Backoffice activities related to the sales and logistics process as(but not limited to): Billing, planning, organizing logistics operations, tracking, cash collection, administrative tasks, documentation handling, controls/reports and other ad-hoc analysis and processes.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Bachelor in Administration, International Trade, Engenieering
- Fluent English required
- Desirable portuguese and spanhish
- Experience in the commercial area and/or customer service
- LME experience in international commodities
- Previous experience in international commodity flows essential.
- Basic knowledge of LME/risk management practices preferable
- Pro-Active mindset with attention to detail crucial
- Knowledge of Office package (mainly Excel and Outlook) and SAP.
- Team player with good communications skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
- Resilience to work in an offshore branch office, with different time zone from Adm HQ in which constant alignment is required.
- Ready to adapt to international practices.
- Not resistant to changes and attentive to innovation.
- Conciliate the regular routine activities with improvement projects, looking not only to the Luxembourg part of the chain, but the Global structure as well.
- A person who thinks and act maturely and is able to take responsibility will fit well in our challenging environment, which is unique and leading the company in a global commercial approach.
