ispace EUROPE, based in Luxembourg, is seeking a talented and dynamic
**European Sales & Business Development Assistant** to join its team. The vision of ispace is to expand and sustain humanity’s presence in space by developing a lunar economy built on the resources available on the Moon. Currently ispace is the first private company having launched and operated a lunar mission

ispace EUROPE is the regional office of ispace inc., a Japanese Space company. We are creating the first lunar resource exploration service by developing ispace’s next generation rover that will prospect for lunar water and other resources. We are a small team, motivated by the challenges of the Lunar Frontier, and determined to achieve the company’s vision.

The European Sales & Business Development & Assistant’s responsibility will be to provide assistance to the commercialize team, identify sales leads, target and approach target customers, provide back office support, and support the sales and business development team in drafting documents, preparing pitches and closing sales agreements for all of ispace’s business units and products with space and non-space customers.

The position will be based in Luxembourg, on-site and will report to the EU Business Development Manager. It will closely collaborate with ispace EUROPE’s team members.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Provide support on sales activities
- Support the sales team in identifying and classifying sales leads
- Support the preparation of business offers
- Help the team in the development of sales content
- Prepare and participate in trade fairs, conferences and other marketing events

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor degree or similar in business, office management, trade, accounting, or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a commercial assistant role or similar roles
- Strong team work and communication skills, can lead a team to achieve project targets.
- Fluent in English and able to use it as working languages. Additional languages such as French, German, Spanish and Japanese would be considered valuable.
