We are looking for a passionate and professional Business Development and Sales Specialist to join our team. As our Business Development and Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing targeted customers in the german & english area, promoting our products, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer success. We expect you to have at least two years of customer development experience and a solid customer-oriented sales background, able to make breakthroughs in a competitive market environment.

The main responsibilities:
1.Conduct customer development according to the target market, identify potential wholesale customers, and establish long-term cooperative relationships.

3.Provide product demonstrations for customers, clearly showcasing product functions, advantages, and use cases to increase customer purchase intentions.

4.Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction, provide ongoing after-sales support, and address any issues customers may encounter during use.

5.Track the sales process to ensure the achievement of sales targets, and report sales performance to superiors regularly.

6.Participate in industry events, trade shows, etc., to increase brand awareness and expand business channels.

Job requirements:
1.Associate degree or higher, preferably in marketing, business administration, or related fields.

2.At least two years of customer development experience, with a solid customer-oriented sales background; knowledge of the wholesale market is preferred.

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish good relationships with various types of customers

4.Strong self-motivation and teamwork spirit, able to complete sales tasks under pressure.5.Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs.

6.Willing to travel to visit customers.

**Salary**: €3,000.00 - €5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
