ING Solutions Investment Management (ISIM) is looking for a Business Development Officer (M/F) to support the current and planned developments of its activities in Luxembourg.
**Job description**:
As a Business Development Officer (M/F), you will be part of the Marketing & Distribution function of the ManCo and you will perform the following tasks:
**Support in the development and maintenance of the distribution network in the following tasks**:
- Manage the commercial relation with our distributor/client network;
- Ensure adequate registration of (sub-) funds in relevant countries;
- Coordinate agreements with the distributors and/or local (paying) agents;
- Organise communication/meetings with distributors;
- Stay up to date with best practices and industry trends impacting the distribution.
- Prepare/coordinate/verify prospectuses, KIIDs and other commercial documents in relevant languages;
- Ensure fund information and data is adequately disseminated to distributors and fund info providers;
- Maintain websites of the ManCo and the funds;
- Support the production of videos for investors;
- Prepare and produce internal dashboards on distribution activity;
- Prepare reports to the Senior Mgt/Board on status of the fund distribution.
**Project management**:
- Actively contribute to new projects and products from a distribution and marketing perspective;
- Identify and implement solutions to improve oversight and operational processes.
**Your profile**:
**Knowledge and experience**:
- Business, marketing degree, or equivalent;
- A first experience within the asset management industry is recommended.
**Skills**:
- Fluency in French and English, (professional) knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset;
- Excellent organisation skills;
- Ability to work multi-tasks;
- Flexible and extremely eager to learn;
- Rigorous and good attention to details;
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy and initiatives;
- Team player with good communication skills (both oral and written);
- Great sense of creativity and outside of the box thinker;
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Audio/Video creative suites proficiency (Adobe ) is considered as an asset.
