**ABOUT US**

INCERT is a center of expertise managing critical IT infrastructures, and delivering solutions and services that relate to cryptography, public key infrastructure, eTravel documents and biometry. Established since 2012, INCERT is a public agency owned by the State of Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.

Within the scope of its current activities and its incoming ones, INCERT is now recruiting an International Business Development Manager full-time, and as a permanent position.

**This position can be on-site or remote. **Travel up to 40%.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will have to assume following responsibilities:_
- Develop your own customers pipeline thanks to targeted prospecting in the automotive, transportation and industry 4.0 markets;
- Promote INCERT’s solutions and services, manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers;
- Identify new opportunities on secondary markets and identify potential partners and resellers;
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans for effective sales solutions;
- Lead negotiations and conduct deals with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and favorable terms for the Agency;
- Ensure compliance to government policies and regulations, review sales contracts to ensure they are in line with legal and corporate guidelines;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support effective execution of business development strategies;
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends on the international level, incorporate latest market development insights into business plans;
- Represent INCERT during industry events, conferences, exhibitions or any other business activity in Europe and Internationally;
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities to the Senior Management.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Professional skills and education:_
- Have at least 6 years of professional experience in a cybersecurity/software company or equivalent experience selling solutions to the automotive or manufacturing sectors;
- Have a good understanding of cybersecurity and information security concepts;
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or related field of study or equivalent work experience;
- Have track records of success in international business development, specifically in contracting with engineering service companies.
- Soft skills: _
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication as well as public speaking skills;
- Proven skills to identify new opportunities, prospect new markets and customers, solve problems in full autonomy;
- Talent to establish deliverable plans with measurable milestones and focus on high quality standards;
- Analytical mindset with an ability to learn and synthesize large amounts of information with little context in a fast-moving environment;
- Capability to negotiate contracts and defend the interests of the Agency;
- Being a strong team player, act on own initiative, be self-motivated and meet deadlines;
- Acting with a high sense of confidentiality and integrity;
- Being comfortable to fully negotiate contracts and defend the interests of the Agency in English. French, Luxembourgish and/or German are considered as an asset;
- Being fully aligned with our corporate values.
