The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:
**Business Development Officer**

Permanent contract (F/M)

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively identify and generate new leads for potential listings, focusing on issuers in hard-to-abate sectors.
- Conduct cold calls and other lead generation activities to expand business opportunities.
- Articulate the benefits and USPs of listing on LuxSE and LGX to potential issuers.
- Stay informed about trends and developments in sustainable finance.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Represent LuxSE and LGX at relevant industry events and conferences.
- Meet or exceed business development targets and goals.

Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, with a focus on financial services or sustainable finance.
- Strong knowledge of ESG principles and sustainable finance.
- Proven ability in lead generation and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
