**Description**
Fondée en 1856, la Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) est la plus ancienne banque universelle du Grand-Duché. Depuis sa création, elle joue un rôle actif dans les principales phases du développement de l'économie luxembourgeoise. Elle exerce aujourd'hui les métiers de banque de détail, banque privée et banque des entreprises et participe aux marchés de capitaux. Avec plus de 2.000 collaborateurs, la Banque est présente au Luxembourg, en Suisse, et en Chine.
Acteur majeur de la place financière luxembourgeoise et signataire des « Principles for Responsible Banking » de l’UNEP FI (United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative), la BIL s’engage pour la construction d'une économie durable.
Dans la cadre d’un accroissement de nos activités, nous recherchons un ( e ) Operations Clerk/Officer pour rejoindre notre Département Operations dans le cadre d’un CDD de 3 mois minimum.
**Responsabilités**
**Votre mission**:
- Analyser et traiter les réclamations/demandes externes et internes pour toute l’activité « payments ».
- Analyser les incidents et proposer des améliorations.
- Accompagner le Front (Correspondent Banking et Corporate Banking) afin d’assister les clients dans la mise en place de leurs solutions de paiement.
- Prester un niveau de services de haute qualité en temps et heures tout en limitant les risques pris par la banque et à coût optimisé.
**Vos activités principales**:
- Maîtriser les aspects techniques liés aux paiements, suivre l’évolution des réglementations, connaître les flux end to end, connaître les règles implémentées et les canaux de communication des paiements.
- Veiller aux respects des procédures et à limiter les erreurs au strict minimum.
- Mettre à jour les tableaux de statistiques nécessaires au suivi des KPI/KRI.
- Etre le point de contact de Correspondent Banking et Corporate Banking
- Identifier les optimisations sur les activités en place mais également sur les processus et outils
- Suivre l’analyse des projets et des adaptations concernant le traitement des paiements : maîtrise du scope, définition des besoins et supports nécessaires (si initiateur) ; élaboration des test cases.
- Réaliser les tests en respectant le planning de release.
- Suivre la mise en production des projets et adaptations et veiller aux communications nécessaires par nos soins ou par l’initiateur du développement.
**Compétences requises**
**Votre profil**:
- Niveau Bac/bac+2 minimum
- Expérience bancaire probante de minimum 1 an
- Bonne connaissance du fonctionnement de la BIL et des différents services est un avantage certain
- Maitrise courante des langues française et anglaise. Toutes autres connaissances linguistiques constitueraient un véritable atout, en particulier le luxembourgeois et/ou l’allemand
- Vos connaissances bureautiques :_
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (MS Office).
- Vos connaissances techniques et/ou à développer :_
- Systèmes de paiement (Clearing, Vostro/Nostro, Correspondent Banking)
- Outils mis à disposition du client (Multiline, BILNet, divers fichiers)
- Canaux de communication
- Flux des paiements (Virements, SDD)
- Connaissances des aspects techniques des paiements et des règles STP
- Vos aptitudes personnelles :_

- Esprit d’équipe : être à l’écoute, faire preuve de flexibilité.
